I asked basically if I should buy a coupon that can be helpful to reduce my bill and the technician said "wait up until I offer you a quote before purchasing it, I can be over there in 2 hours." Sure enough they came on schedule, provided me a decent quote in addition to an offset to the voucher. I really could not be more happy." 5 out of 5 stars
